Dr Jimmy is StavMinister for Monkeys and the only PhD the Bureau possess, baring the ones we have borrowed/stolen/claimed in compensation/lied about. Doctor Jimmy performs his duties with diligence, joy and intermittent genius and he is expected to reach even greater heights now he has obtained the rank of Herr Docktor of complex bio-technical grey slime modelling.
Aside from his vital monkey duties he also serves as Mono-Cultural Outreach Officer for the Bureau, a role he performs with skill and aplomb because they all look the same to him.
