- Relish and tomato ketchup, except that relish has bits in it. Relish is to tomato ketchup as orange juice with bits is to orange juice.

- Red grapes and white grapes (aside from the colour, and the taste of the wine produced by each)
- Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
