Tractor Production

Summary

As the only party publicly committed to introducing a one-party, communistical police state the Bureau is naturally very concerned with heavy industry and the production of large amounts of random industrial items. The tractor policy is the means by which this vital area of global concern will be managed to meet the goals set in the Many Year Plan.

Figures

Tractor Production figures would be one of the critical metrics in determining the dynamic variability of the Bureau’s key performance indicator matrices, were it not for the fact that it is standing Bureau policy to have anyone who attempts to seriously use such management waffle sent to the lunar re-education facilities to mine salt until sorry.

Instead the Bureau simply demand that every year the number of tractors produced is higher than the year before. The many, many, obvious downsides to this policy are thought to be outweighed by the fact it’s simple.

Ape Policy Interactions

As the Inter-Simian Complete Works of Shakespeare Challenge can be expected to produce large numbers of failed simians, working in the fields while looking at the distant mountains with a single tear in their eyes, concerns have been raised as to what effect flooding the market with tractors will have on the ape-farmed agriculture sector. While seemingly a valid concern, this misses the crucial point about the work; it is by definition pointless and the targets entirely arbitrary, existing only to give the purple padded jacket clad overlords an excuse to beat their minions.

Areas of Concern

It remains a concern that, in so far as can be determined from the incomplete figures available, the Bureau’s industrial facilities have thus far failed to produce a single tractor. This might make it tricky to meet the demanding targets of the Many Year Plan, although that would depend on what the actual target was.
